The roadside environment that motorists see and hear is full of noise that negatively affect their concentration; urban areas where there are aggressive billboards and the way the sounds of other vehicles create a concrete jungle that provokes other motorists from keeping their eyes on the road.2 Also offensive acts by other motorists can provoke an aggressive response to other drivers. Their goal was to get readers to not necessarily sympathize to a certain type of person but to show an image that type person would or should feel in that type of situation and effectively shows the gravity of these situations. Especially on the parts where mental health and drugs plays a role, he authors use words like “arrogant”, “selfish”, “vengeful”, “anxiety “and “anger”.5 All of these words evoke negative feelings, which then the reader would feel mixed feelings towards people with mental illness or have an addiction. This shows that many aggressive drivers suffer a form of problem, like mental illness, and many people will not bother to understand them or that can not look past it and only look at the face value which is their aggressive driving. By bringing it up clarifies or might even justify why these type of drivers can commit certain
