Staff arrived to 208 where Nick was engaged in an independent leisure activity. Staff ensured that Nick was dressed appropriately for the weather and that he had all the necessary items for the day. Staff reviewed Nicks schedule with him using his “Go Tasks” on his phone. Staff prompted Nick to gather his items in order to go to work.
