ADDIE model stands for analysis, design, develop, implement, and evaluation. It ensures that the how, what, where, who and when of training are addressed.
Analyze:
All patients will be seen by a nurse and the nurse its going to evaluated them to see if they really have an emergency or they can just wait for a regular turn
Design:
Patients will be separated according to their need; for example; blood transfusion, X-rays, admission to the hospital.
Develop:
Nurses will be check patients medical history. Make sure that all patient get temporary relief for any pain.
Implement:
I will offer workshops and training to all staff at the hospital, including nurses, CNAs.
