D: Met with client for 60 minute individual session discussing the use of addictive pain meds. Client was on time with a depressed mood. Stated “I got evicted from the house, I am homeless. My brother is in Swedish hospital at Edmonds because he couldn’t breathe on his own. I am not so sure what is going on with him. I am very worry about him”. Indicated that she has an appointment on the 17th for preparing her left-hand surgery. Stated that “I suppose to have a surgery on the 2oth”. Discussed the benefit of inpatient treatment, client stated that she would considered it but “I have no problem to quit using Oxycodone if I am not in so much pain.” Client stated that she will stop taking Oxycodone after the surgery, “I will go to inpatient
