Many people see these pills as cheating and it creates an advantage for the people taking these pills over people who don’t take them. That isn’t the case though. These people are still doing all of the work on their own and these pills are just helping them stay focused and alert while completing the work. Talbot (2009) argued that taking credit for work produced while on these neuroenhancers is the same as doing the work on caffeine or nicotine. The neuroenhancers are not causing people to produce much better work than they would if they weren’t on these neuroenhancers, but neuroenhancers help them think more in depth about the subject and allow them to finish the work before the
