My generation has received old gifts, like the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights gives us many rights as US citizens that many other countries don’t receive. Stated in the first amendment, we have freedom of speech, right to assemble, freedom of the press, right to petition, and freedom of religion. From the second amendment, we may bear arms to protect ourselves, and may not be falsely searched from the fourth. Over the years they have made more stricter rules against parent’s ways of disciplining their children, changing how the children act, but also making them less scared of adults. Additionally, new inventions have made life more interesting at home, and in the classroom. At home, these inventions have created a whole new aspect of fun for this generation, including tablets with games that kids can enjoy. Furthermore, in the classroom, teachers have smart boards installed in classrooms so kids can learn and hear from the teacher without the teacher having to write on a white or chalk board.
