(SIP-1) This meme uses this logical fallacy because it specifically attacks people who like to watch tv and prefer technology over reading. (STEWE)The meme at the top states “Don’t like to read? Would rather watch TV and play video games?” This top sentence basically shows that it is definitely an ad hominem because it is specifically targeting people who do not like to read and would rather choose to watch TV and play video games. Since this is mentioned in the meme it comes to the conclusion that these type of people want this society. An ad hominem is a logical fallacy that attacks a certain person. The meme attacks people who prefer these things making it like they would want the society this way for everyone attacking the type of person they are based on what they like to do.
