The consumer would be able to interpret this message through the image of the hand mixing the coffee together. Another example, shown on the ad was the Keurig product. The consumer could assume that a Keurig machine is a fast and easy way to make coffee, supporting the idea of fast and easy.

For example, the big picture of the coffee mug reminds the consumer of the warmth and the taste of coffee. It evokes the consumer to crave for a cup of coffee. In addition, Starbucks creates a positive connotation on the ad making the consumer feel happy for their cup of coffee.
4. In the ad, Starbucks uses a couple of stereotypical phrases to make the product sound wholesome and natural. They use phrases like “ethically sourced”, “artfully blended”, and “masterfully roasted” to make the consumer feel that their coffee has was natural , fresh from the source, and rich in flavor. In addition, they use other phrases like “always rich and full of flavor” and “our place or yours” to further convince the consumer to think that the coffee will be met to the stores’ standard.
