Forwarded in this correspondence is Photo Exhibit Evidence of damaged parts on the Acura RDX 2011 that PA Auto Sales will correct or reimburse. Photo Exhibit Evidence #1 shows the Damaged Rubber Brake Pedal Cover which could put a driver in danger of their lives if their foot slips off of trying to avoid a serious accident. Whoever placed November Pennsylvania State Pass Inspection Sticker on the Acura RDX 2011 needs to FIRED, because that person put PA Auto Sales in legal jeopardy? We could not continue to put ourselves in potential harm’s way, so a DORMAN 20744 Brake Pedal Pad was purchased from Amazon.com for $10.23 and installed. PA Auto Sales will reimburse us for $10.23 for the rubber brake cover. View Photo Exhibit Evidence #2. …show more content…
All automobiles need a second key for backup, emergency reasons, and my wife demands her key. What mature person does not have a second backup key for their automobile? I gave Mr. Igor A., F&I Manager two keys with my Toyota Rav4 trade-in. We could not wait had any long and possibly get locked out of the Acura RDX 2011 in the freezing winter weather. We purchase a keyless remote from Stu’s EZ Auto Remotes (www.ezautoremote.com). We will give you the receipts on Monday, January 22, 2018 for a cash/check reimbursement for the Acura RDX 2011 keyless remote device for …show more content…
Again, I am pleading with--that we are good customers that respected you and your business, so in return, we are expecting excellent customer service and respect from PA Auto Sales. PA Auto Sales has their BBB A+ rating to maintain—and Ibo and Ife Ford earned and deserved the privilege of driving one of your automobiles that have no major issues or problems (your/my Acura RDX 2011 has your business name placed on the top of the front and back windshield, and bumper on the left side—it is rolling advertisement vehicle that you should want to keep on the road to see and read your business name). Correcting the problems with Acura RDX 2011, as soon as possible is the cheapest route for PA Auto Sales because your business does not want up in court and in front of a Judge (who is most likely a frugal consumer), and ending up with PA Courts Public Records (that other consumer can looked and research). In addition, PA Auto Sales should not want to be investigated for placed Pennsylvania State Car Inspection Stickers on automobiles that would not PASS—at other dealership and repair shop. Note: Settle the problems—please, so---Do The Right Thing--Operate by The Gold Rule—Do To Others What You Want Them To Do To

On 07/21/2015, your affiant was stationary monitoring traffic on State Route 61, in the northbound lane. At approximately 2233 hours, I observed a white in color, Chrysler PT Cruiser displaying a Pennsylvania registration JMX-1586. The vehicle displayed a 4/15 expired registration, which I verified through a certified PennDOT vehicle record. The vehicle turned left, entering the Speedway gasoline station and parked in front of the business doors. I entered the parking lot behind the vehicle and observed the driver exiting his vehicle, walking toward the store.…

In Beck, the Court of Appeals interpreted New York vehicle and Traffic Law (NYVTL) 463(2)(ff)(“the Modification Law”) to provide a dealer with a private right of action to “challenge a modification and places on a franchisor the burden of proving that such modification is fair and not prohibited.” 27 N.Y. 3d at 393. In furtherance of the legislative intent, to counter the unequal will of the manufacturer, the Modification Law contemplates legal action prior to the cause of the negative consequences of the modification. In contradiction to the Beck decision (interpreting the Act in favor of a dealer’s challenge), the Appellate Division ruling ignored the statutory right recognized by this Court and instead, turned that legal premise upside…

With the faulty accelerator pedals which originally was blamed on floor mats, Toyota eventually recalled over 9 million vehciles. The major problems Toyota faced was the retaliation from the public when they felt that Toyota was: a. taking to long to address the issue, b. neglecting an apology for the lives that were affected by the defaults, and c. overall lacking in communication. Toyota has since taken corrective measures to reestablish their reputation in the automobile production and with regaining both consumers and shareholders trust. Although, time is going to dictate if Toyota can reestablish their ability to provide safe and reliable vehicles. First, Toyota needs to consider quantity over quality.…
