All automobiles need a second key for backup, emergency reasons, and my wife demands her key. What mature person does not have a second backup key for their automobile? I gave Mr. Igor A., F&I Manager two keys with my Toyota Rav4 trade-in. We could not wait had any long and possibly get locked out of the Acura RDX 2011 in the freezing winter weather. Again, I am pleading with--that we are good customers that respected you and your business, so in return, we are expecting excellent customer service and respect from PA Auto Sales. PA Auto Sales has their BBB A+ rating to maintain—and Ibo and Ife Ford earned and deserved the privilege of driving one of your automobiles that have no major issues or problems (your/my Acura RDX 2011 has your business name placed on the top of the front and back windshield, and bumper on the left side—it is rolling advertisement vehicle that you should want to keep on the road to see and read your business name). Correcting the problems with Acura RDX 2011, as soon as possible is the cheapest route for PA Auto Sales because your business does not want up in court and in front of a Judge (who is most likely a frugal consumer), and ending up with PA Courts Public Records (that other consumer can looked and research).
