Petra West, 16 years old, a model representing the state of Rhode Island. for a beauty pageant.
Fun facts that i learned about her are: she loves Hollywood glamour, and her mom is a seamstress and an artist. She taught Petra how to sew, bead, knit, smock, and just about everything else, so with that knowledge, Petra makes her own
