1. IDEAS Model:
I- Identify the problem, and start prioritizing
D- Deepen the understanding of the problem and find the information and reliability. Figure out what you will do with it
E- Enumerate options and expect the upcoming consequences to decisions. Be more open minded and avoid overlooking the alternatives.
A- Assess the situation and decide on a final decision using all the info that has been gathered up. Avoid snap judgements.
S- Scrutinize the process and correct anything if needed. Think about the outcomes of your decision. Decide on any changes and remember the long term goals.

2. My problem that I chose would be time management. I have trouble sometimes deciding when is a good time to go to the gym
