It is unfair that every member within the organization receives the same rate of pay, regardless of their performance. In order to receive higher payment, people must strive harder to enhance the level of job performance and find the best way to accomplish the given tasks. Once this course is carried out properly, all human resource will be boosted to their greatest potential. According to five-step model to efficiency developed by F.W.Taylor, the first step is identifying good workers to train. In this case, Sarah, the adminstration assistant, is a good example.
