Acme Fireworks: Business Analysis

As the manager of Acme Fireworks a company that started out as a garage endeavor, I am proud to put together a detailed plan on how we should handle this recent influx of bigger business contracts. In the following pages I will explain in detail the changes and precautions that I believe must happen. I will be discussing first how I believe the contracts will be governed and the importance of the five essential elements of these contracts. Next I will lay out in detail the any liability concerns to Acme fireworks if a spectator was to be injured by a stray firework. Today there are many types of contract, legal issues, and almost everything has some sort of bind to it. “The common law system emphasizes the making of rules through court decisions. “Rogers, S. (2012). It all began from our constitution. There must be law and there must be accountability to get us some ground on where we need to be. Owning and running a business can be quite challenging today. Many legal bindings are intact and you must be aware of any legality you may encounter. They need to fully understand the operation of the pyrotechnics. We need to have the ability to make the knowledge accessible so we can sell our products with confidence and peace of mind. In doing this the customer can purchase with confidence that they understand the product and accept full responsibility for damages while using our products. Consumers need to know to two key things and that is liability and warnings. They need to understand that when they use the fireworks any damaged caused is their responsibly. To insure this we need to make sure that the labels on our products contain the following words either WARNING or CAUTION which is a statement describing the hazard(s) associated with the device, such as A statement describing the hazard(s) associated with the device, such as "SHOOTS FLAMING BALLS" or "EMITS SHOWERS OR SPARKS"; And information describing the actions to be followed or avoided in order to store, handle and use the device safely (Consumer Products Safety Commission,
