Acid Rain and its Harmful Effects: Acid rain can occur in form of rain, snow, fog or dry material that settle to earth. Unfortunately, the imbalance which we have created between our life and earth is already showing the signs disasters in the form of flood, cyclones, landslides, tsunami, drought, etc. If the imbalance continues to rise, one day this will pose a question mark on the existence of this planet. Carbon dioxide (C02) which is an important constituent of environment is causing a warming effect on the earth’s surface. Here, Water and carbon dioxide together creates acid. Acid rain is determined by pH level. It happens because of regular and human exercises. Emitting volcanoes contains a few chemicals that can bring about corrosive downpour. Aside from this, blazing of fossil powers, running of manufacturing plants and autos because of human exercises are couple of different explanations for this movement. Acidity is measured using a scale called the pH scale. This scale goes from 0 to 14. 0 is the most acidic and 14 is the most alkaline (opposite of acidic). Something with a pH value of 7, we call neutral, this means that it is neither acidic nor alkaline. Extremely solid acids will smolder on the off chance that they touch your skin and can even obliterate metals. Corrosive downpour is much, much weaker than this, never sufficiently acidic to blaze your skin. Downpour is dependably somewhat acidic in light of the fact that it blends with actually happening…
