Achieving A Master's Degree In Educational Leadership

The ultimate career position I would like to pursue is building principal. In order to achieve this goal there are a few steps I have to take. First I have to complete a master’s degree program in educational leadership. The next step is obtaining the proper certification to be a building leader in my district. Two certification exams must be passed to be certified, the Elementary Common Core Exam and the Elementary Principal Exam. After passing the exams and completing the masters degree program the next and final step is applying and interviewing for principal positions. Teaching experience is highly recommended for people pursuing principal careers. With a degree in educational leadership I can be considered for curriculum and other director
