Accountability and time management play huge roles in every job, but especially in the Marine Corps. Recently I have an immense amount of trouble with both of the conditions and using them. The reoccurring problem has brought to my attention the question of, what they both mean and how to implement them into my day to day life and career. Accountability is the subject to the obligation to report, explain, or justify something; responsible; answerable (Harper, 2010). In day to day life it can be thought of as knowing where someone or something is at all times. Time management is the analysis of how working hours are spent and the prioritization of tasks in order to maximize personal efficiency in the workplace (Harper 2010). These two concepts
