The Win/Win paradigm of human interaction is a frame of mind that constantly seeks mutual benefits in all human interactions. According to Stephen Covey’s Book the second paradigm of human Interaction is Win/Lose. The Win/Lose is these people are prone to use position, power, credential possessive, or personality to get their ways. According to Covey’s book the third paradigm of human interaction is Lose/Win. The Lose/Win is it has no standards, no demands, no expectation, no vision. People who think Lose/Win are usually quick to please or appease. Probe is we ask questions from our own frame or reference. According to the book The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People the third skill is advise skill. Advise is we give counsel based on our own experience. According to Covey’s book The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People the fourth skill is interpret we try to figure people out.
