To be honest, I think success has a lot to do with an individual’s accomplishments. I haven’t done much with my life, and I think I failed at a lot of things I tried. I graduated from high school and never went back to school after that. It’s been almost 12 years since I stepped foot in a classroom not counting parent, teacher conference. I’ve always wanted to go back to school and get my degree, but I ended having a kid, and now I have to work to pay for rent, bills, and food. It’s a lot on my plate at the moment, but I’m making it work somehow. This wasn’t the life I had planned for me or my daughter. I feel awful bringing a child into the world like this.
