The processes of ACT and mindfulness work together to gather more information about an individual’s thoughts or feeling. It is a beneficial process to foster individual’s psychological well-being of the current moment. ACT and mindfulness put many techniques to use in clinical work in order to change individuals ' relationship to thoughts and feelings and do not focus on the change of experiences form (Lillis, & Hayes, 2007). Moreover, in application settings, people can use ACT and mindfulness to increase productivity of work or enhance emotional control and intelligence.
