The skill I selected is acceleration because it determines how quickly the runner can reach its full. The ways APC is improving my acceleration is by power clean, and glute hamstring raises because it mostly focuses on the lower body.
Power clean shows it importance by performing with a fairly high amount of weight while accelerating rapidly. This quote helps supports my evidence, “In a meta-analysis, Wilson et al. reported a significant interference effect of simultaneous AE and RT.
