They have posted about the company having great people to work with. The company does have a very welcoming atmosphere. The management of the office also does a proper monitoring of the company. However the staffs have complained about the pays as Acadia’s Insurance seem to be paying lesser amount to the staffs as compared to that of other companies for the same position and this can be very challenging to the company as nobody like to work for lower wage when they know that other companies are offering for higher pay.
The environment and the people around the office area encourage learning and helps in various other advancement services. The Work culture of the company is pretty fantastic. All the other staffs are very friendly and experienced in the field of this Insurance business. Acadia Insurance also offers different kinds of training programs, insurance class and grad school opportunities so as to help its employees in getting a better idea about how the insurance business is

One of them writes that his claim ma totally denied by the company and was not given the amount according to the insurance deal.
Customers have posted about the staffs of the company not being responsive and not responding to their phone calls. Some of the staffs are very rude and gives no care about the client’s money on the insurance business.
