What is academic success? Huh, well to put it simply academic success is getting through college and being rewarded with a degree. But, to me academic success is a little bit different. I don’t just want to barely scrape whatever points I can to pass all my classes with a C- or whatever the minimum credits I need to get a degree. Well, my financial aid would be voided if I did so….yeah. But all jokes aside, I do want to gain the skills and be able to apply them as best I can as I know that I will need them for a career. In High School, I never really cared about what I learned as it was all mandatory and pretty generic classes. There aren’t even any academic classes I can think of that I was excited to take.
