Assessment Task 1 required a personal development for my academic literacy improvement. Essential to my improvement plan was my participation in weekly online discussions based on the prerequisite reading and corresponding lecture. Keeping up to date with weekly readings and lectures. Participation in grammar improvement exercises. Completing research on correct punctuation and lastly to upload all academic writing tasks to an analytical website before academic submission. It would be sufficient to say my improvement plan was not adhered to.

For me the most significant aspect of my academic literacy improvement plan arose when I submitted all academic writing tasks to the analytical website Paper Rater. Paper Rater gave me valuable advice
