Ofc Lazic responded to 1818 N Mansard Blvd to speak with the complainant (Christian Belcher) about an altercation he just had with his wife
(Cynthia Belcher). Upon arrival, I spoke with Christian who was holding his juvenile child. Christian states that the argument began over his apartment being in disarray. Christian states that their apartment has not been cleaned for some time not. Christian states that he is not able to clean the apartment because he has to watch their son. Christian states that Cynthia is not able to look after their son while he cleans because she is on medication.

Christian states that Cynthia then rushed and attacked him. Christian advised that he did restrain her and might have caught her cheek with his elbow. Christian also states that Cynthia pulled his hair.

I spoke with Cynthia in their apartment. I noticed the apartment to be in complete disarray. There was garbage and clutter everywhere. There was two dogs in the apartment and the place smells horribly. Dirty dishes were also stacked up in the sink. Cynthia states that she is on medication for previous injuries.
