How might the abuse of power and control can impact a society? Would you ever live in a society that has abuse of power or being controlled. Countries like Venezuela and Cambodia has different problems going on that is based on the abuse of power that the leaders have. In cambodia they been hit with extreme drugs and crime rates and also a lot of people have died due to the crime and drugs. In Venezuela they have been faced with abuse of power with their president Hugo Chavez which increased over the past four years. Even though the government think that the power they have is good for the people its really not they are just using it to strike fear into people eyes. The society of both countries are really bad people are faced in different situation the power is corrupting their leaders in order to run a successful government. A leader shouldn’t be corrupted with power thinking they are able to take away people’s right as a human. In The end the leaders and the government shouldn’t just take someone freedom or rights from them or event try to kill or threaten them. The abuse of power that the people go through when they are involved in a society that can control people and take their life isn’t a good place to be. Leaders are abusing their power just to prove something and in these different countries they have similar things that show the leaders are corrupted in the mind.
