When discussing about leadership, more often than not one can never run away from a model that can be a role or an idol. The perfect role model signifies a leader that represents the completeness, all rounder and highly respected, either by friends or foes. Some leaders rise through hardships and some leaders were born gifted as a great leader. Throughout the history, those who gifted with unique qualities of leadership will always capture the history timeline and imagination of the grassroots as a great leader. This paper will explain how Abu Bakr As-Siddiq has successfully succeeded the Prophet Muhammad SAW (Peace Be Upon Him (PBUH)) by being the first caliph to brought changes across the world through the light of Islam.
