Abstract In the modern times back in the late 18th century in the Constitution where the Founding Fathers were established the to rebuild the federal government to become more efficient than the recent government under the Article of Confederation, they were also published and ratified the ten natural rights of the citizens known as the Bill of Rights. In addition, the Revolutionary War had demonstrated convincingly that militia forces couldn’t heavily rely on national defense, and other occasions, requiring a protection of the nation may not often be very advanced. In response of the dilemma has eventually lead the Constitutional Convention to reconsider of their recent yet hasty decision, therefore, of actually bestowed the federal government almost complete minority of power of establishing armed forces. However, the rash decision of Congress inadvertently created a threat to liberty by utilizing their required power and military forces to oppress the people of society, causing and provoking the people of possessing weapons for self-defense of the government.After the Congress has given the federal government the authority to assembly militia forces and the protection of the citizens, the people of society considered that the federal government to have unlimited power, referring them to be as a dictator of oppressing the people by taking away their civil liberties and freedom. The people should vote against of being weapons in society. It’s very obvious that the people have forgotten the Founding Fathers of US had left many burdens and thus leaving responsibilities for the people to commit. In addition, if the Second Amendment were ever restored, if will eventually lead a catastrophic incident of society, as the authority to right to bear arms is, in fact, a contrast to the First Amendment. Nevertheless, in regards of whatever the circumstances of the people of society had misused the Second Amendment, the people has been entitled of bearing the guns to defend themselves from the government, as the military had to protect and secure safety from any hostile situations, the people are also having to bear weapons of any threat to national security. The anti-federalists argued that the federal control over militia could take away from the states the principle means of defense against federal oppression and usurpation, Besides the advantage of being Armed ,which Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation, the existence of subordinate governments, to which people are attached and by which the militia officers are appointed, forms a barrier against the enterprises of
