Nowadays smart phones are the most trendy, profitable and competitive industries. People chase after the newest smart phone to get the first-hand reveal of the newest features and upgrades. It is safe to say that cameras are one of the most competitive markets for all the smart phone companies. Now there is a void market of implementing 360 degree camera on smart phones to replace the current cameras. Assessing current technology development, market share and influences, Apple has the biggest potential to bring this idea to reality and make a success of it. The expected timeline for development is in the between 12 t0 18 months, 1 - 1.5 years. It will require a development

(6) A brief summary of the Risks & Assumptions There exists the risk that this new feature will not be completed by the next releasing date for Apple. There also exists the risk that a large expenditure, groups of engineers, and time being invested into developing the product but the output is not as ideal as the initial evaluation expected. There also exists the risk that other smart phone companies are also thinking about the same idea, and it turns out that they end up releasing the products easier than Apple. In that case, Apple will have a hard time earning the dominant position in the market.

(7) Conclusions In conclusion, regardless of the risks and expenditure, this product will not only make profit for the company, but also put Apple as the pioneer in this technology, as well as elevating the smart phone camera games to a new level.
