Frank the detective, investigated Luther’s home for clues. This was done with the help of Luther’s daughter whose name is Kate. They figured out that Luther had been creeping on her for quite some time. For whatever reason, Kate wanted to prove her dad was guilty, therefore she was agreeing to do anything for that to happen. Her occupation consisted of being a prosecutor so that is a little easier to do than the average person. In the back of President Richmond’s mind, he knew Kate had known the truth of it all. He chose to have her killed.
