ADDENDUM TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT

An Agreement was made by and between Absolute Metal Roofs, Inc. whose address is 108 S Kerr Ave. Suite C Wilmington, NC 28403 and DR. NASEEM & HILDA NASRALLAH whose address is 255 WEST MAIN STREET, BURGAW, NC 28425 on the 28TH day of MARCH, 20 17 (hereinafter referred to as “original stated contract”) set forth below. This document will be used in reference and addition to the original Agreement between the following parties that are named above in this document.

WHEREAS, the parties wish to modify the terms of the original stated contract as set forth herein.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises herein, the parties, for good consideration, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree to make the

The parties reaffirm no other terms or conditions of the above mentioned original contract not hereby otherwise modified or amended shall be negated or changed as a result of this here stated addendum and that all other terms and provisions of the Contract shall remain in full force and effect. If there is a conflict between this amendment and the Agreement or any earlier amendment, the terms of this amendment will prevail.
