2.10 Andrew and I considering the absolute advantage, when we should be thinking about the comparative advantage. Just because Andrew can sell Colts memorabilia better than anyone, and I can clean faster than anyone in my office, that is telling us that we have the absolute advantage, but not necessarily the comparative advantage. To have the greatest success, we should always do what we have the comparative advantage for because it means it will have the lowest opportunity cost, and therefore it would be the greatest benefit for the use of our resources. Andrew and I should be doing what we are better than anyone else at doing because there might be something that we are even better at doing, and therefore giving us a higher opportunity cost

Option E is correct. Neurocognitive disorder due to Lewy body disease is characterized by fluctuations in mental status, prominent visual hallucinations, and extrapyramidal motor symptoms--such as rigidity, bradykinesia, and, less often, rest tremor. Option A is incorrect because the fluctuating nature of cognitive changes, which can be measured by choice reaction and vigilance reaction time tests, are more prominent in neurocognitive disorder due to Lewy body disease than in Alzheimer's disease (AD). Furthermore, extrapyramidal symptoms, when present, typically occur in later stages of AD.
