Abraham Lincoln one of the most merciful presidents to ever live. He did one of the best things anyone could do, end slavery. He was the 16th president of the United States and that is what gave him the power to do things like ending slavery. That is the best thing anyone has power to do is end slavery. He was a very tall man, 6’4 to be exact. Signing the emancipation proclamation was the most game changing thing he did. He was born on February 12, 1809. His parents were Thomas Lincoln and Nancy Lincoln. He was raised in a log cabin. His live was not always happy fun time. When he was nine his mother died and his family moved at least five times during that year span. He spent most of his time reading when he had time to after school.
