Abortion: Is An Innocent Child's Life Really Worth It?

Is taking an innocent child’s life really worth it? Abortion has been argued that it should be legal and also has been argued that it should be illegal. Both sides have their own facts and their own reasoning on why they believe what they believe. Some think that it’s the mother and father’s choice to do what they want with their child. It is also being seen as killing a life with some type of irrelevant excuse. In today’s society, abortion is becoming a huge argument and problem creator. About fifty eight percent of high school kids from Blue Earth are pretty fluent in what abortion is and most of them have their opinion on it already. While some believe that abortion should be legal for their individual rights, abortion is removing someone’s chance at life due to excessive procedures and the excuse of a possibly disabled child.
To begin with, many believe that abortion should be illegal because it’s removing someone’s chance at life. The high school kids at Blue Earth Area see abortion as murder. The U.S. statistics of abortion say that “twenty one percent of all the United State’s pregnancies end with an abortion.” That is twenty one percent too many lives being taken. Abortion shouldn’t be an escape route for a pregnant women whom may have done something they wished they hadn’t done. These unborn children did not do anything to deserve any type of punishment and especially a punishment that goes to this extreme. Not only is it unhealthy for the mother and the child it is also hurting population. Twenty one percent of pregnancies end with an abortion. That is too many lives being taken for their mother’s irresponsible decisions, both before they got pregnant and after they found out they were pregnant. Let’s make a difference and give all children a chance at life. Stand up and stop
