Abortion Should be Illegal

Abortion should be illegal. Abortion is a medical procedure used to end a pregnancy and cause the death of the fetus. Although abortion is about allowing women the right to make choices about when they want to have children in relation to their age, financial stability & relationship stability. Abortion is the killing of your own child and you might not be ready but killing your child could be the worst decision. The UVVA specifically prohibits the killing of unborn children. The UVVA is the Unborn Victims of Violence Act. They say you should not kill your child so why so we still think about it. Now yes, raising a child is not an easy task and requires social & emotional commitment coupled with financial resources but that does not mean that you should kill your own child. Abortion is the decision of the mother but that gives no right to kill the child. Women have the right what they want to do their body but the child was created by what the parents did.

When the baby is only 8 weeks old it can feel pain. People say that there should be a cut off date at 12 weeks but if the baby can feel pain at 8 weeks how much pain would it feel at 12 weeks. Causing an unborn child pain when it has not done anything but grown from what the parents did does not deserve the pain of dying. A child should have a chance to see a day and have faith to be alive and if a mother wants to kill that child she will be missing great things to experience with a kid. The baby, whether he/she is born or not, has the right to live. Who can say that the baby has no hope? It's possible that the baby can have a better life than ours. We don't have any right to kill a newborn baby. Moreover, I think only human beings do abortion. Humans are the only animals that kill their babies

Every unborn child should have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness in the second and third trimester. In 2010, research shows that states indicated that unborn children are considered humans under tort, property and criminal law (Roden, 2010). By these laws shown, a mother shouldn’t get to choose whether the fetus lives or dies. The unborn child is its own person and by a mother aborting her own child should be considered murder. Right now a woman somewhere is deciding between life and death. She is not deciding between her life or her death, but the life of the unborn child that she has inside of her. That unborn child has no say in if they will live or die. If the mother chooses to kill the child inside of her there are no legal actions for the murder of that child. In twenty nine states the killing of a pregnant woman and her unborn child can result in two counts of charges of first degree murder, second degree murder, and manslaughter.…

One of the most sensitive arguments when it comes to women’s rights is the controversy over the prochoice/prolife debate. Many feel that women should not have the right to abort their unborn child because they believe that they are indeed a living being. One of the reasons people feel this way is because throughout the forty weeks of gestation, the fetus develops a number senses. There are people that also believe that since God created everything and everyone, that He is the only one who has the right to take life away. The government of the United States has taken a stance to what age an embryo/fetus should be protected, accepted a tenure of when sensory developed allows for the states to protect potential life, and defined rights of unborn…

All human beings care for their safety. This is due to their natural fear of death. Especially when people have close, caring, connections with others, their concern for others is just as strong as their concern for themselves. Families automatically have connections, but the love within them is not always there. Mothers who abort their children do not show much love for their child.…

One must not intentionally end the life of any living things under any circumstances, which shows regard for their life. This can be expressed through “... The new being, bearing the karmic identity of a recently deceased individual, is therefore as entitled to the same moral respect as an adult human being.” - Damien Keown 2004. Hence killing a foetus or even any other life form will generate bad karma for individuals which making it more difficult to break the…

Abortion Rights American society is divided over the issue of abortion, the induced termination of a pregnancy. The American people are split between the facts of whether or not the government has an obligation to protect unborn children. Two extremes define people’s stance on abortion: pro-life and pro-choice, the belief that women should not terminate pregnancies and that women have the rights to decide, respectively. This is an essential argument because individual rights are the foundation of American culture. Medical dangers, the origin of human life, and women’s rights all support individual choice; therefore, the American government has no responsibility, moral or legal, to condemn abortion.…

On average, there are 293,066 sexual assaults on women ages 12 and up every year in the United States of America. If you do the math, factor in the leap years, that comes down to about one sexual assault of a woman anywhere from the age 12 and up every 107 seconds. What if some of these sexual assaults ended in pregnancies? About 5.0% of them do, although it may not seem like much, it 's important. By no means should abortion be promoted as a product in the supermarket, however that does not mean the option should be taken away from women who suffer from sexual assaults which are unfortunately often committed domestically or by someone they know.…
