Abortions should be a woman's choice.

In New Zealand, it is legal to get an abortion at any age, only if two certifying doctors agree that continuing the pregnancy will put the women in serious danger either mentally or physically. After the abortion, it is advised that the women go and see a counselor, because women are likely to experience lot’s of emotions like anger and sadness that they might not be able to deal with. Getting rid of the baby should be a women’s choice, because if other people make the decision, it might not be the right one for her. One side of the argument is that having an abortion is wrong, because it is killing a baby and the it is not the mother’s choice.The other side of the argument is that having an abortion should be legal and it should be a women’s choice.

Abortion is important for those women who have found out that their baby is going to have a severe deformity or a disease that can not be cured. Abortion could be a way for the women so that they could spare themselves and the baby a lifetime of misery and pain. Abortions are also important to young women who got pregnant. If they keep their baby, then they could drop out of school, and not finish their education. They could also struggle with raising the child themselves, and they are more likely to raise the child alone.

In some cases, abortion is right and in some cases, it is wrong. In cases like the women who is pregnant is very young or the child has been conceived by harassment, then abortion is a helpful option for the women. Having a parent to talk to about serious decisions like this could be very good choice. A young women might not be able to make a such a big decision very early in their life, but sometimes having a parents consent to have an abortion might not be a good idea. If the parent does not want their child to have an abortion, because they think that it is wrong, then the child could l consent for having an abortion could be both good and bad. If the parents of the child is against abortions and the pregnancy is endangering the girl, then it could be a good idea for another family member to give consent.
