During Chapter Two, the topic at hand is abortion and the right to have it brought on by the Women’s Constitutional Right to Privacy. This just states that women have right to abort their pregnancy as they see fit to. In the midst of the Roe vs. Wade it was made unconstitutional for the government to renounce a pregnant women the right to an abortion.
I am pro-choice. The decision of aborting the fetus should be up to the woman and/or her spouse if she demeans it necessary to include them in the decision. It is her body and she should have the full right to do whatever she thinks is best for her. Especially in cases like rape and teen pregnancy, where the likelihood of a child could be detrimental to their future life opportunities and or
