Abortion: Most Controversial Issues In Our Society Today

Abortion The topic of Abortion is one of the most controversial issues in our society today. Abortion is the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, and the disagreement for and against abortion has caused hundreds of arguments and fights that have ended horribly, and some even in death. The reason why the topic of abortion has become such a big problem is because everyone has very different opinions. My personal opinion is that abortion should be legal for many reasons, a lot of people get bothered when I say my opinion because there’s totally different. The abortion rate for 2013 was 12.5 abortions per 1,000 women aged 15–44 years, and the abortion ratio was 200 abortions per 1,000 live births. In the last few years, abortion has decreased but there’s still many people calling it for it to end completely because they want it to stop all the way, just not decrease. When talking about abortion there is a lot of pros and cons about the topic. There are very strong opinions for and against, but no one can deny or ignore how abortion really is. A person’s attitude on the situation has a lot to do with how they see themselves or their fetus, a fetus is a part of a mother’s body or as a human being. Some of the reasons why, is because there's is some things that can happen and you can get pregnant, and not want the baby or won't be able to keep it. Everyone has the right to do what they want when it comes to abortion. The battle for a woman’s rights to her own womb has become more hopeless. A woman should be able to decide that for herself and what her life should look like. No matter the reason or cause of a woman wanting to have an abortion, politics should not be a part or in any way, be involved in a woman’s medical procedure. The matter of an opinion should stay only an opinion, not a law or anything
