Approximately 3,000 babies are aborted each day in the United States, according to the Abortion Index. You can terminate a fetus 's life either by procedurally removing the fetus from the mother or taking a pill. Generally, it is defined as a medical procedure performed by a physician who takes a fetus from its mother, cutting off nutrients, air, and essentially, all life from their innocent body. This may produce a graphic image within your mind, but it accurately depicts an abortion, killing an innocent life. Abortion is politically, religiously, and personally debated among American citizens. Many people who obtain pro-choice views argue that a fetus is not yet a “person” and therefore,

That infant, bearing malice or tragedy, will become a specific human adult (hereafter ‘the relevant adult’). I will assume that this relevant adult is normally functioning, and hence that the fetus has a future like that of a normal adult. On this assumption, it seems the fetus would be deprived of a future-like-ours if killed.” He explains that even fetuses have futures and opportunities ahead of them, and couples or mothers should not decide their baby’s fate. Every human being deserves a future, taking that away from anyone can cause pain and harm.
In Don Marquis’s article, Abortion Is Immoral, he argues, “The loss of one’s life is one of the greatest losses one can suffer. The loss of one’s life deprives one of all the experiences, activities, projects, and enjoyments that would otherwise have constituted one 's future.” Both Don Marquis and Eric Reitan explain the importance of someone 's life, fetus or not. If you kill a human being you are committing the crime of not allowing them to have a future and not being able to experience the world.
