Approximately 1.06 million abortions happened in the year 2011.”Abortion is the termination of pregnancy before the embryo or fetus is able to live outside the uterus” as it says in Funk & Wagnall’s New World Encyclopedia. People who agree with abortions and go through with them kill roughly 1.06 million babies each year which are 1.06 people that could be alive today. These babies do not have the chance me and you have at life instead they were slaughtered before they were even embryos. Alex Altman has an article which states “David Daleiden, who posed as a representative of a fetal-tissue-procurement firm, was able to infiltrate the Planned Parenthood Federation of America Inc. (PP) women 's-health organization and reignite a public and political debate over abortion rights in the U.S.” saying that he wanted to have this debate brought back up with the health benefits from it and to have this freedom of aborting. Many people will abort for this reason because they want what’s best for them not selflessly looking out for others or hoping for the best for them in the long run like their child. The people that choose to abort are tempted by the question of what will their well-being be like when they have given birth? This question like many others should not be something that prevents you from having a child because childbirth is something you will not regret in the long run. The maternal mortality and morbidity being decreased wouldn’t get decreased by much and God has created us to be able to support a child and give birth which should give us no reason to be worried. If you were so worried about your maternal mortality and morbidity then why would you get pregnant in the first
