Abortion Is Inhumane Research Paper

Think about how life would be if some of the greatest people in this world were aborted. We could have no geniuses, celebrities, inventors, or overall role models. When aborting, a child a mother is killing an innocent human being who won't get a chance to make their impact on the world. A woman could unknowingly be ending the life of the next great inventor, the person who cures cancer, or finds an end to hunger. Sadly we will never know because these children never get a chance to prove themselves to the world. Although some may believe that abortion is morally acceptable, research has proved otherwise. Murder is taken very seriously in our country, therefore it is sad to think that killing an unborn child is considered legal. “ In reality outlawing abortion would not be giving unborn children more rights, it would simply gain for them the one most fundamental right that no one can live without, the right to life” (Thompson.) Everyone in the world deserves the right to live, why can a fetus not gain that right too? Young women falling for the abortion lies are often convinced that because the baby is in their body it is their decision whether to abort or not. Though the fetus may depend on a woman's body to thrive, a fetus is an independent person who should be granted rights to live. So many unborn children, who could have had the potential to do so much more, have been aborted. If only young women would have ignored the lies of abortion and thought about letting an innocent baby live maybe that would be different. “ The abortion culture is based upon lies and deception. Those lies have destroyed nearly forty million preborn children and have disfigured the lives of tens of millions more” (Grigg.) Jeremiah 1:5 says, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart.”
