Abortion views in North America and China For women in America, abortion is mostly a matter of personal choice; however, for Chinese women, it is driven by country policy. Everyone might know what abortion is but they clearly go about it differentially throughout multiple countries, but China has the highest rate of abortions.

In America, women have many reasons for getting their abortions. For example, in America a twenty-year-old woman can always keep her baby, or she might feel like she is not ready and will have an abortion. Such as in America financial stability is on the top of the list of why people get the abortion, and they can still have the choice to keep going on or stop it. Unlike in China does the same thing to help financially instead you just don’t have the choice they help you make the decision by doing it there self’s. There is always the reason of medical issues could be the cause of a woman wanting an abortion and that could go for both countries. Because they know that if they continue on either they well have serious health issues after or they could also possibly die, but in China case they fear the most them having a multiple pregnancy like quintuplets, sextuplets, and etc. There is a lot of facts of woman not knowing they were pregnant so they do not show so it because a 71% chance of the women to get a abortion late into the pregnancy because she either was never wanted kids or she is just not ready at all in her life.
