Abortion Blame Research Paper

I couldn’t even imagine letting something so innocent needing to suffer because the mother is so proud of not wanting a child. I have an idea why don’t men and women keep their hormones in check and don’t have sex until they’re ready. Blame can be spread to whoever wants having this baby, but it takes two to cause this problem in the first place and “unless it does love virtue… it should not produce those other desirable consequences which it tends to produce, and on account of which it is held to be virtue.” Situations like these are just asking for pregnancy; for those that are able to control those situations the only exception to this is rape. Keep your junk where it should be and how about promoting that as an idea instead of trying to take a life away for stupid decision. If the mother has the child, it could possibly be better. Isn’t a life more important than death? Isn’t the reason of continuing to venture further in medical technology to have people live? Getting rid of pregnancy doesn’t mean the mothers are never going to have it happen again. It only means people will never learn to get over themselves and take one for the team. Men need to be more men in trying to work things out instead of …show more content…
When something as strong as abortion destroyed something so innocent it actually does get to the mother eventually. The study, “Decision Rightness and Emotional Responses to Abortion in the United States: A Longitudinal Study” was on the effects of women, or the emotional responses, after doing the abortion. After the study had finished they stated, “Over three years post-abortion, women who had pregnancies that were more planned, who had greater difficulty deciding to seek abortion and who perceived more community abortion stigma reported more negative emotions.” Specifically, if mothers are unsure about doing the abortion they will feel even worse

You are ending the potential of a human life.” I say malarkey. We could continue ask and ponder “What if?” What if the baby was going to become the next Mark Twain, Malala Yousafzai, or Maya Angelou? By giving into the belief of an unborn child’s potential, we have already given more rights to a fetus on what women can do with their body than the women themselves (Scott).…

When a woman becomes cognizant of their pregnancy, there are two choices available to her; keeping the fetus or aborting the fetus. I think the latter option is absurd. Why hurt yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally to get rid of a life inside of you? It makes no sense. Also, have you seen an abortion performed?…

More often than not, abortion is the result of pregnancy due to rape, or the inability to support a child for any variety of reasons. Although many see it as the termination of a life, abortion needs to be an option to save the lives of women who are not able to support a child. While opposing viewers might say that abortion terminates a potential life and is dangerous, it is actually saving the life of a woman who wouldn’t be able…

Numerous studies have been conducted on the huge toll that an unwanted pregnancy can have on both a mother and child. If a loved one were pregnant and could not keep and care for the child, what would you tell them to do? It really only comes down to two choices. For one, they could go through the physical and emotional labor of carrying the child for 9 months, only to give birth and throw them into years of foster homes and low chances of adoption. The other option is to abort the fetus early in the pregnancy before the twentieth week.…

The debate over abortion rages on as one of the most controversial issues present today; individuals choose sides, labeling themselves as pro-choice or pro-life. Activists fight for what they believe on both sides, some fighting for more protection of women’s reproductive rights on the pro-choice side, others fighting for the limitation of the right to abortion on the pro-life side. Advocates and subsequently movements on both sides have fought each other since the first legislation on abortion in the 1800s. Lobbyists, angered by what they perceive as unjust killings of unborn babies as well as due to their religious beliefs, formed pro-life movements, responding to the Supreme Court’s decision in favor of abortion. The church as well as various…

Abortion, Pro choice Abortion. Now depending on your religious moral beliefs you have this word might make you uncomfortable. But my goal in this paper is to make you see why you shouldn’t view abortion as the ending of a life but the saving of another. Through the years this has been a controversial debate, that over time has been ruled in the Supreme court to be a constitutional right of the woman. And in order to preserve women’s constitutional rights we should continue to allow them to choose how they wish to deal with a wanted or unwanted pregnancy.…

While some women might note a sense of relief, others may develop complications such as regret, depression, anger, shame and even suicidal thoughts and feelings. Depending on the mother’s stance on abortion can limit or greatly intensify her emotional state following the procedure. The effects can also be increased in women who might have been coerced or even forced into having the abortion performed. This often involves threats of physical harm or blackmail and accounts for 64% of all abortions and putting teens at higher risk of coerced abortion. “In 1995, a pregnant employee at Duluth (Minn.)…

If a female decides that she does not want to carry a pregnancy to term, that is her prerogative. It is a decision that will solely affect her life, so she she be the one to make it. Some women are raped, resulting in a pregnancy. Pro-Life advocates argue that the resulted fetus should not be aborted because it is innocent and aborting it will be punishment, however, they do not put into consideration the women’s emotional and mental state. Another reason women get abortions, is if there is something medically wrong with the fetus.…

There has been a long existing debate of “Pro-Life” versus “Pro-Choice” about whether or not women should be able to abort a child. Many people being Pro-Choice will use the argument that the fetus isn 't a living person, and rather that it is the woman’s body; therefore the woman’s choice. There are other options women have such as adoption: waiting until the baby is born and providing the child a well-suited family to properly care for them. I believe any way you can avoid aborting a child is better than abortion because you give the child a chance for life. An unborn child in the womb contains all of the characteristics for it to be considered living, proving abortion is morally and scientifically wrong.…

Self-destruction or Abortion? There are many things in this world that people have different views on, but this topic, is a very controversial one that causes a lot of dispute. If a person is a victim of rape, then they should have the right to have an abortion be one of their options. This should be acceptable because most likely, the victim will have PTSD and having a product of that situation around will only make it worse. No one would want to have a child that would remind them of that horrible time in their life every time that they look at them.…

One health risk is psychological damage to mothers who had abortions. Chittom and Newton (2016) reported that “sadness, depression, guilt, anxiety, numbness, and shame are just a few of the psychological effects common to women who had abortions.” According to “Should Abortion be Legal” (2016), a study done by BMC Magazine reported that women who had abortions often have higher anxiety levels and are 154% more likely to commit suicide than other women. The Journal of Social and Clinical Psychology reported a study on the effects on men whose partners had abortions and it found that 51.6% had regrets, 45.2% felt sadness, and 25.8% experienced depression (“Should Abortion be Legal,” 2016). Chittom and Newton (2016) note that Pro-Life activists often explain the long term emotional, spiritual, psychological, and physical trauma after the procedure as post-abortion syndrome, which is not officially recognized by the medical world.…
