Abortion in Legal and Religious context
Introduction
Abortion literally falling the fetus from the womb on the ground that called abortion; in other word abortion is the deletion of pregnancy by the removal of embryo from womb. Form other perspective that throwing the fetus without completing his /her life in mother abdomen. Abortion happened due to some reason, women choose abortion for several reason, they feel too young could not handle the responsibility of parenthood; some other did not want to have child to interpret toward their goals of life. In this essay, I am going to talk about the legal and religious context of abortion.
Types of abortion Induced
The inducted abortion can happened on purpose that is mean to end pregnancy; this type abortion is done in 12 first weeks of pregnancy. Induced abortion was always existed in human community continuously condemned by religion and ethics, as mentioned crime against the dignity of human. In totally induced abortion is segmenting into two categories. The first group is non-medical causes from necessities and the second, from the necessities and medical considerations. Reasons related to the necessities or medical concerns divided into two categories, first one is category of medical reflections to protect the mother and the other considerations that are related to health and life of the fetus, sometimes related to physical and mental health of her fetus.
