Arguments Against Abortion Opinion Essay

For this paper I will be arguing my views and opinions about abortion. Abortion is one thing I am strongly against. It is taking a baby’s life that doesn’t even get a say in if they live or not. Nobody should be able to have an abortion, if they don’t want the kid then they should just put it up for adoption or take the certain measures to make sure they don’t get pregnant in the first place. There are a lot of factors that go with abortion.

If the abortion isn’t done correctly then the woman could die from too much bleeding, infection, or later on during any future pregnancies. Most deaths caused by an abortion aren’t reported as such because they don’t want to get into trouble or for any other reasons. The risk of death increases more and more each time the woman gets another abortion. Abortions can also cause pre-term delivery or it can cause the delivery to be delayed causing problems for the mother and baby.
By knowing all these risks that are involved with abortions I think it would just be a good idea to carry full term and then give the child up for adoption. The risks aren’t worth it just to end an unborn’s life. If the pregnancy is dangerous to the mother’s life then abortions can be done but otherwise I think they are wrong. Knowing that an abortion can kill you or cause other health problems should be a good enough reason not to get one done. Know what the consequences are before you get one done or even before you get

If a woman is pregnant and decides she doesn 't want an abortion just because she doesn 't want a kid. Then I feel she should just give it up for adoption. Abortions should NOT be used to terminate ANY unwanted pregnancy. If a woman wants to abort a child, I feel she should have a good reason such as: not having the money to do so, under 18, mentally unwell, or the mother 's life is at stake. Abortion is not a choice for everyone, however for Pro-choice supporters is the right decision whether it is for convenience or to a woman who was a rape victim and wanted to end the pregnancy. It seems like an easy fix to a life problem that you can 't solve by yourself. If you start thinking about what will happen if abortions were made illegal, consequently a number of women will become injured or sterile as a result of the procedure. People will think that giving the child up for adoption could be the solution but in most cases, this can be very emotionally damaging for the child 's mother.…
