What is addiction? Listen to me as I tell you. Addiction is the feeling of humiliation, caged in a routine of one’s own habits unable to break free. It can overpower you, and make you feel as you are nothing. Addiction is a hurdle that cannot be jumped. It is a wall that cannot be scaled alone. Listen to my words. Learn from them. Understand them. Use them to improve upon. Addiction can be broken. It can pull you down to a new low, causing anxiety, but with enough effort, addiction can be beat. Addiction is something that a person faces personally. It stares them the face and tries to overpower them. It grabs ahold of them and doesn’t let go. I’m telling you that addiction is something that you fight alone. You can seek help, but in the end you can only help yourself. You may ask yourself how to overcome addiction? I will tell you that it takes work. One has to first prepare themselves mentally before they can overcome it physically. Addiction is personal; let me tell you about addiction. Addiction is anxiety. Addiction is not forever. Addiction is only temporary. One can be addiction, and this is how. One first has to beat addiction mentally, then physically. Mental addiction is the first step to freeing yourself. It can be tough to fight the feeling, but it can be done. One has to start withdrawing from their escape. They have to be able to tell them self no, or seek help from others to help cure them. With support from others, addiction can be beat. Then once you’ve beaten addiction mentally, you can then beat addiction physically. It takes a lot of time to be able to beat addiction physically. One has to find a way to cope with the emptiness that they are going to experience. Many replace this emptiness with a different addiction, a more natural addiction. The most important thing is that if you find a way to beat addiction, make sure that it is a natural and heathy
