Job Description Our Client Group Associate Rotational Program will hire graduating seniors to work in our New York City office. Each Associate will participate in four six-month rotations over a two-year period. The Program will expose the Associate to the lifecycle of an investment product from the initial generation of the idea to researching interest in the market place to crafting our marketing strategy and ultimately, distributing our products and servicing our Institutional and Retail clients. Participating Functional Areas Product Development – is responsible for product development strategies that will support growth and asset retention of the firm’s Retail, Institutional and Private Client businesses globally. The objective is to find creative ways to marry the investment capabilities of the firm—global and regional fixed income, growth and value equity, multi-asset and alternative investments—with product offerings that provide compelling solutions for clients, are competitive and enhance the brand of AllianceBernstein, and accumulate assets over time. Marketing (Product Management, RFP and Channel Marketing) – sits at the intersection of Distribution and Investment Management, helping to drive the investment product messaging and materials that support the sales force. Team members evaluate competitive positioning in their investment platforms, work closely with sales management to plan product focus and campaign strategy, and provide product
