Based on the post-test, Aaron met criteria for ADHD, Hyperactivity/ Inattentive Type. These results suggest that Aarons’ inattentive symptoms slightly decreased during the intervention. However, his symptoms are still a concern in the classroom.
It should be considered that to meet criteria for ODD, Aaron must present some impairment from the symptoms must be present in two or more settings (e.g., school, home). The data in the above chart only contains responses from Aaron’s teacher, Ms. Faber, meaning that it is necessary to gather more information from other settings before making a diagnosis. Additionally, symptoms for Conduct Disorder were not reported in the above chart as Ms. Faber indicated that she is unable to indicate if the majority of symptoms are present.
