Childhood will follow you forever because from the moment you were born your life was already set out for you. So it is in the beginning it will be in the end. In many eyes they see that government can be blamed as the cause of Aaron Swartz death, but once looked at in detail his childhood had a lot to do with it. If Swartz hadn’t carried out those actions and qualities in his childhood, if he wasn’t encouraged and boosted up by his parents and if he was set on a intellectual pedestal he may have not ran into trouble with the government, while trying to pursue his goal. Yes, the government was involved in Swartz’s death but evidence proves that the government did not kill him. Swartz was facing 35 years in prison and a fine up to 1 million …show more content…
It doesn’t matter because its true that stealing is stealing no matter what is being stolen. Swartz and his attorney tried to view it from a Civil Disobedience perspective but it change the matter that Aaron Swartz broke Government laws. Swartz childhood him lead him into this problem, usually he would be able to use his intellect and surpass a situation, but this time he went too far and is unable to fix the problem. Additionally the government gave Swartz a plea opportunity to spare him prison time and allow him computer use, but he denied it (Marans). The government played a fair game with Swartz and he knew the chance of him giving the world free education and knowledge was probably extremely low now with the government on
