Aaron Hernandez is a tight end for the New England Patriots. He played college football for the Florida Gators, and he was a member of the BCS National Championship. He was drafted in the fourth round by the New England Patriots. He was a wealthy NFL player that stays in his four story home with an in ground pool, in North Attleboro, Massachusetts for one million dollars. Throughout his personal life he has been in trouble by the law. In 2007 and 2013, he was in a shootout in Miami and Gainesville. He is also affiliated with the gang called “Bloods”. I purposely think he shouldn’t be guilty. This case is very interesting, because he is a NFL player. Aaron Hernandez is living a good, wealthy life, and he makes the wrong decision. He was charged with one count of murder, and five weapon charges with Lloyd’s death. Aaron Hernandez pleaded not guilty in the slaying of Odin Lloyd and is being held in Massachusetts jail without a bail. Life in the jail cell has been tough for the former Patriot Aaron Hernandez. In the jail cell in Massachusetts, Hernandez has been behind a seven foot cell. Even behind bars, Hernandez has been in trouble. He has gotten in an altercation with another inmate, and is facing charges of assault and threatening a guard life. That’s on top of three murder charges, the lawsuit claiming that he shot his friend in the face and three civil lawsuits. The death of Odin Lloyd is saddening but I think he shouldn’t be guilty. I think he shouldn’t be guilty, because there is still some unanswered questions to the case for the jurors. Because at the time he picked up Lloyd, and his phone was off for twenty-two hours. Hernandez had to use his wife’s phone. “How would he know about the time of the murder unless he was present?”(Foxsports.com). This case is deeply saddening but it shows that the jurors had made the wrong
