Many people are inspired by athletes, singers, and actors. Although I admit that Beyonce is extremely inspiring, there is one lady who goes above and beyond to ensure that I have the tools that I have the tools I need to not only succeed in high school and college, but life as well. Ms. Cleger is my AVID teacher and the educator who inspires me to strive for excellence.
I have been in the AVID program since it was offered to me in the 7th grade. I have had four different AVID teachers in the last four year, but one has really helped me to work harder towards my goals. I met her during my junior year and that is a very important year for not only me, but for all high school students. You are beginning to work on the steps to get into college
